THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Lucenda Hothouse, Lydia Hothouse, John Hothouse and the respective spouse or spouses of any and all of the above, if living, and in the alternative, the respective unknown successors of any or all of the above, if deceased; The known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns of Aggie Hatchett, Full Blood Cherokee Roll No. 21344, deceased; The known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns of Oce Hothouse, deceased; and the respective spouse or spouses of any and all of the above, if living, and in the alternative, the respective unknown successors of any or all of the above, if deceased.



GREETINGS: You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 13th day of September, 2018 Plaintiff filed his Petition in the District Court of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2018-153 against you, and that unless you answer the Petition therein on or before the 1st day of November, 2018, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered in favor of Plaintiff against you and your Co-Defendants quieting title in the Plaintiffs and confirming Plaintiffs’ possession of the following real property in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to-wit:



The NW4 NW4 NE4 in Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 21 East of the

Indian Base and Meridian, Cherokee County, Oklahoma.

AND

The SW4 NW4 NE4 and E2 NW4 NE4 in Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 21 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Cherokee County, Oklahoma.

and enjoining all Defendants other than those named herein as owners from asserting any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest in or to the real property above described and determining the heirs of Aggie Hatchett and Oce Hothouse, deceased.
