(First Published August 8, 2019) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, Larry M. Harper and Diane L. Harper, husband and wife, and Brian Harper, a single person, by their deed of trust dated the 3rd day of October, 2013, and recorded October 4, 2013 in the office of Recorder of Deeds for Jasper County, Missouri, in Book 2304, Page 882-885, conveyed to Chuck Brown, Trustee, the following described property situate in the County of Jasper, State of Missouri, to wit: All of Lot Numbered One (1) in WATSON'S THIRD SUB-DIVISION to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded Plat thereof. which conveyance was made to the said Chuck Brown, Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note in said deed of trust described; and WHEREAS default was made and still continues in the payment of said note; WHEREAS the holder of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, Lauri Anne Doval, Trustee of the Jose J. Doval and Lauri Anne Doval Trust Agreement dated April 12, 2002, has declared the entire amount of said Note due and owing, NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, I, Chuck Brown, Trustee, will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the south front door of the Jasper County Courts Building, in the city of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, on August 28, 2019, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., and more particularly at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
