(First Published May 10, 2017) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, William Ryan Jackson and Gaylon W. Jackson as Trustees on behalf of G.W. Jackson Personal Revocable Trust Agreement Dated 04/13/2016, by their deed of trust dated the 9th day of February, 2010, and recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds for Jasper County, Missouri, in Book 2158, Pages 561-571, conveyed to Karl W. Blanchard, Jr., Trustee, the following described property situate in the County of Jasper, State of Missouri, to wit: All of Lot Numbered Fifty (50) in JOHN C. COX JR.'S THIRD ADDITION to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, according to the recorded Plat thereof. which conveyance was made to the said Karl W. Blanchard, Jr, Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note in said deed of trust described; and WHEREAS default was made and still continues in the payment of said note; NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, I, Karl W. Blanchard, Jr. , Trustee, will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the south front door of the Jasper County Courthouse, in the city of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri, on May 30, 2017, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., and more particularly at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
