Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee projects from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing schedules, budgets, purchasing, trucking logistics, documentation, and drawing coordination while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules and cost tracking using MS Excel
Prepare and manage project documentation using Microsoft Word
Manage job costing and financial tracking within QuickBooks
Purchase materials and equipment for Projects
Coordinate trucking and delivery logistics
Review and verify project drawings with contractors to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements
Coordinate with drafting and contractors to resolve drawing discrepancies
Lead internal teams and vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Familiarized with Autodesk
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience managing purchasing and trucking/logistics
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage budgets and time lines effectively
