NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Joplin, Missouri, will accept sealed bids at City Hall 602 S. Main Street until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 3, 2026, for making the following improvements:
Grand Falls Trail - Tree Clearing
This bid includes furnishing all the labor and equipment for the removal of trees and brush along the planned path of the Grand Falls Trail. The project area is approximately 4.4 Acres and is limited to a 32 ft wide path through wetlands and wooded areas along Shoal Creek in Joplin, MO.
Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Director of Public Works located at 602 S. Main Street, 4th Floor or may be viewed online at joplinmo.org. Sealed bids must be received before 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at City Hall, 602 S. Main Street, Joplin, MO 64801. Bids will be opened at that time on the 4th floor.
The contractor shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
