REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RE Smith Construction Company, the Construction Manager, is soliciting bids from Qualified Subcontractors for Crowder College on the project, Crowder College McDonald County Renovation.
The Construction Manager will accept sealed bid package proposals on August 12th, 2025 on or before 10:00 a.m. Bids will be received at the Crowder College McDonald County Cornerstone Bank Conference Room in Tatum Hall at 194 College Rd. Jane, Pineville, MO 64856. Sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be July 29th at 10:00 a.m. at the project site - 194 College Rd. Jane, Pineville, MO 64856.
Bid Documents will be available on 7/21/2025 and may be obtained at the Construction Managers website in their digital plan room at www.resmithconst.com.
Refer to the Advertisement for Bids and the Instructions to Bidders sections in the project manual for further information and instructions on submitting proposals.
