For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by deed of trust executed by KENNETH CADE, a single person, dated the 23rd day of December 2025, recorded in Book 2783: Page 120, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jasper County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee will on August 17, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the East front door of the Jasper County Circuit Courthouse 633 S. Pearl in Joplin, Missouri, said sale to begin at 2:00 o'clock p.m., sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
ALL OF LOT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR (124) IN SOUTH JOPLIN LAND COMPANY'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JOPLIN, JASPER COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
