ON-CALL EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM SERVICES
The City of Joplin, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified firms/ providers to perform executive search services for Department Director positions. The City of Joplin will accept statements of qualifications from firms/providers interested in providing the requested services.
Statements of qualifications must be received by no later than 2:00
P.M. Local time on Friday, September 26, 2025, at City Hall, Office of the City Manager, 602 S. Main St., Joplin, MO 64801.
The City reserves the right to evaluate all proposals, to reject any or all proposals and solicit again at a later date. The City may waive any irregularities in the proposal or negotiate variances from specifications and make awards that are in the best interests of the City. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and issuance of awards. The City encourages minority and female-owned businesses to submit proposals on all City purchases.
Proposal documents are available from Assistant City Manager, Tony Robyn by emailing trobyn@joplinmo.org, or visiting www.joplinmo.org/bids. Any proposals received after the specified deadline will be returned to the vendor.
